Q. How do I get started?
A. To schedule a visit please contact me at my direct number or by email. I will make every effort to get back to you within 24 hours. I will also need to schedule an intial in-home interview with you and your pets.

Q. What does the initial “interview” entail?
A. When you schedule a visit, I will make a trip to your home for an initial “interview” – to meet your pet, become familiar with your home/routine, and discuss all pertinent information about your pet’s needs.

Q. Is the information I provide kept confidential?
A. Yes! I will not disclose client information of any kind to third parties.

Q. How do you get access to my home?
A. Before you depart, I will need to be given a key and any alarm information. I can either keep the key for future visits or return the key to you when you return. I prefer to not leave keys at your residence at the end of the visit-just in case their is an emergency, or your arrival home is delayed and I need to get back into your home to care for the pets.

Q. How long is each visit?
A. Standard Vacation Visits and Dog Walks are a full 30-minutes in length.

Q. Do you offer any sort of satisfaction guarantee?
A. You want to know that your pet will be cared for just the way you specify. And I will guarantee it every time! If you are not 100% satisfied with the services that were provided, I will be happy to address your concerns and provide your next visit for free. I believe in lasting client relationships and so my service is only complete when you have returned home and are completely satisfied.

Q. What kind of animals do you care for?
A. I care for most animals, as long as they do not pose any danger.

Q. Do you administer medication to pets?
A. I will administer medication – pills, drops, and injections are no additional charge.

Q. How am I billed, and when is it due?
A. You may pay your bill by cash or check prior to the visit-most clients leave payment at home, and I will pick it up at my first visit.

Q. Do you have references?
A. Yes. References are available upon request.

Q. Do you have any recommendations for local dog parks?
A. Please see our Dog Park page for a listing of local off-leash parks in your area.
